Privacy Policy

Last updated October 31, 2026

This policy describes the cryyzos TikTok notification app, operated by cryyzos. The custom app is in development; this policy describes its intended operation when connected. Contact: cryyzosbusiness@gmail.com.

What the app accesses

With the creator’s authorization, the app uses TikTok’s video-list access to retrieve public video identifiers and publication times. It constructs video links for @cryyzos.random.edits. TikTok Login Kit also includes basic profile access, such as an account identifier, avatar and display name; the current notifier does not request or persist those profile fields through the profile API.

The app uses a Discord bot credential and a configured server and channel identifier to send announcements. It does not request Discord message history, direct messages, contact lists, payment details or location.

How information is used and stored

Information is used to identify new videos and post their links in the cryyzos server’s #videos channel. The host PC stores service credentials, a TikTok refresh token, and previously processed video identifiers so access can be refreshed and repeated announcements reduced. Operational logs record startup status, successful announcements and errors. These files remain on the operator’s PC; they are not part of this policy website.

Video identifiers and the current refresh token remain until the operator resets or removes the bot’s saved state. Credentials remain until removed or replaced. The log is rotated when the startup log exceeds approximately 2 MB; a previous log can remain on the PC until removed. There is no automatic deletion deadline.

Sharing

Public TikTok video links are shared with members who can see #videos. Requests to TikTok and Discord send the authorization information needed by those services. Those providers process requests under their own policies. The operator does not sell bot data, use it for advertising, or send private account credentials to Discord members.

Your choices

The creator can revoke the app’s TikTok authorization. A server administrator can remove the Discord bot or its posting permissions. Contact the operator to request access to or deletion of bot-held account information. The operator must remove local credentials and saved state to delete those copies. Revoking access prevents later authorized access but does not automatically remove announcements already posted in Discord; those can be managed by authorized server administrators.

This website

The social-links page counts page views and outbound link clicks on the operator’s PC. Records include time, the selected link, broad device/browser type and referring website hostname when available. No cookies, IP addresses, fingerprinting identifiers or precise location are saved by this analytics feature. It does not identify unique visitors. Up to 10,000 recent activity records are retained, plus aggregate totals; the operator can remove the local analytics data file. Stats are accessible only through a private dashboard on the host PC. This site has no account form, advertising or app credential collection. Its hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the pages. Following TikTok, Discord or email links takes you to a separate service.

Changes

The operator will update this page when the app’s data handling changes. Questions and requests can be sent to cryyzosbusiness@gmail.com.
